At the heart of Le Souffle’s offerings are their impeccably crafted souffles. From the classic chocolate souffle, decadent and rich with a luscious chocolate sauce and whipped cream, to the delightful caramel souffle deservedly paired with velvety vanilla ice cream, each dish is layered with flavor that tells a story of passion and skill. Customer reviews speak volumes about these creations, with one patron, Van Bach, noting the enchanting burnt sugar notes of the caramel souffle that harmonize beautifully with the ice cream. Others rave about the almost otherworldly experience of their vanilla souffle, creating a delightful contrast of flavors that will leave your taste buds enchanted.

The magic of Le Souffle lies not just in their desserts but also in their dedication to quality. The chef, highly skilled in the art of souffle-making, showcases a flawless execution with each order. As Totoro E.T. relates, the chef has mastered the technique to create a perfectly risen souffle every time—an art form that even seasoned chefs often struggle to perfect.

Moreover, the cafe's small size ensures that each souffle is made fresh to order, giving you a personal touch in every dish. According to C L, who has been a loyal customer for over a decade, Le Souffle’s consistency and creativity with flavors set it apart from other establishments that often stick to standard vanilla offerings. Here, variety is celebrated, inviting you to try unique flavors that play on classic textures and flavors.

Highly recommend. Small cafe with specialty in souffle and quiche. I tried the normal chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, and the special caramel souffle with vanilla ice cream. The chocolate was already good but the caramel one was really nice with burnt sugar flavor pairing so well with vanilla ice cream. Seating space is small and each souffle is made to order by 1 chef so expect some wait.

Their soufflés are the best! My first time trying their soufflé was 10+ years ago, not even once left with disappointment, their consistency keeps me coming back. A wide selection of souffle to choose from , unlike other restaurants (even fine hotels), where usually serve just one kind of vanilla soufflés with different sauce on the side, Le souffle actually makes different soufflé batter for the flavours! I’m very very impressed. Whenever I’m in Japan, it is my go to place for sweet tooth cravings. Serving size is perfect and I can have 2 soufflés each visit! (Pics shown raspberry and chestnut) BTW, u can order a bigger size. They also make very nice French patries like tarts n quiches too.

If you love souffle, this is the place that you must visit while you're in Tokyo Shinjuku area. The chef have master the art of baking souffle. If you ever try to make a souffle yourself nine out of 10 times it will fail. Even renowned sous chef they would also not able to make the souffle rise 100% of the time. But this chef is able to do it 100% of the time. In terms of the sauce, I think he has a unique way of adding fresh cream underneath the sauce of choice, which actually make the overall experience very good. I tried three type of souffle The first one the soufflé was the coffee flavor and the second one was the vanilla favor and the third one was the chocolate flavor. I think I like the chocolate flavor more than the other two. The overall experience of eating and tasting soufflé it's really exceeded my expectation because I haven't had a good souffle for very long time.

A beautiful atmosphere equally matched by the amazing food, the menu had extensive options for the soufflés and you’d be hard pressed to pick just one item.

Absolutely loved the Souffle here. I went with my friend and we ordered two Souffles - Raspberry and the one with Praline. The souffle would just melt in mouth, it was so good. There are so many Souffle to choose from. They also have a few on the savoury side. Since Souffle is always freshly baked and served, it takes about 20 mins for the order to arrive. The staff does mention it before ordering. But the wait is worth it. This place is inside the Jiyugaoka Sweets Forest which is like a food court for desserts. It has a good view of the street outside. Especially when there is Sakura. The ambience is decent and it wasn't crowded.
